This is our first house. We have wanted to flip/remodel a house ever since we got married. We found this house in Sioux Falls, SD. A little old lady lived here with her husband since 1960. The house was very gently used my them and very well maintained. We are looking forward to stripping the wallpaper, tearing up the carpet, and redesigning the kitchen and bathroom. Our very first project is to tear down the rotting shared garage and build a newer bigger one to accommodate our 2 cars, tools, etc. Next on the list is a new tub for the bathroom, and while we're at it, we might as well do the whole room! Sadly, but as expected, everything is turning out to be really expensive!
